Refunds & Returns
Customer satisfaction is our #1 priority. Please contact us as soon as possible if there is a problem with your order. Problems with your order must be reported in writing, within 7 days of receipt. Please include photos, order number, full name, telephone number and email address.
Defective or damaged products: 100% refund for the damaged items, no return required.
If you are not satisfied with your order for other reasons, you may return it for a full refund, shipping at your cost, within 30 days. Return shipping address for returns will be provided as needed.
